AWC Staff Services are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator in housing to work for our client at Titan Court, Hatfield, Hertfordshire.
3 days office, 2 days work from home
Responsibilities:
- To communicate between all parties to establish an excellent after sales/maintenance response to all complaints/queries.
- To provide an efficient and effective customer care service, liaising and coordinating between stakeholders, residents, contractors, site and management teams whilst maintaining effective working relationships and accurate records.
- To understand, implement and adhere to Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) policy and strategy
- To be professional, courteous and punctual in all dealings with customers and our external partners
- Ensure all materials and labour required is available prior to starting works.
- Ensure all remedial works is completed to the required standard and within the agreed timescales.
- Responsible for updating reporting system/database in a timely and efficient manner to ensure accuracy of customer database.
- Be commercially aware and provide relevant information / work with QS’s
- Attend internal meetings, take notes and distribute accordingly.
- Attend Stakeholder meeting to discuss service, problematic issues, provide updates on key issues.
- Attend demonstrations days with clients and consultants to familiarise with project and start relationship building.
- Attend sites on an ad hoc basis.
- Produce all relevant documentation relating to customer care accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within the construction industry in a similar role
- Driving licence required as at times may go to site to do demos
Start: Monday 4th May 2026
Duration: 4 months
Rate: £14.42 per hour (+ holiday pay)
