AWC Staff Services are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with their client, who is the UK's largest dedicated independent utility service provider, specialising in comprehensive water infrastructure services such as construction, maintenance, and asset management for the UK's water networks, this role is based in Arborfield, Berkshire.
Your responsibilities:
- Looking after the commercial aspect of Project:- Populating Monthly report (CVR / DES)
- Submitting client AFP
- Carry out project procurement
- Populating Costs Forecast
- Assess supply chain AFP and compiling final account
- Costs control and driving up value
- Mitigating project risks
- Maximising cash collection
- Commercial Administration of the project
