AWC Staff Services are looking for a Part time (20 hours per week) Administrator to work on a Substation in Pontypridd.
The duties although not exhaustive will be as the below
• Scan & upload all delivery notes.
• Scan & upload all relevant documentation (Daily Briefs. PASS, Task Allocation Sheets), etc, etc. Plus, any other relevant documentation to the shared drive.
• Obtaining quotes from suppliers & raising requisitions/orders with Lisa McGuire’s procurement team at HQ.
• Compiling data for SO27 reporting.
• Compiling data for weekly SHES reporting to submit for weekly SHES call.
• Plan & coordinate routine inspections for items such as fire extinguisher, lifting equipment, fire alarms, electrical inspection & certification of welfare units.
• Liase with security provider (Protector) for cover as required on weekends/bank holidays etc (details from site team).
• Transfer completed SMS inspections from Safety Culture to Weekly completed folder on the Site Management (SHEQ folder)

Rate: £15 per hour
