Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, configuration.
Business Acumen: Ability to translate user requirements into functional, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
Communication: Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders and training users.
Certification: Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
